Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We've got answers.
How do I place an order?
Select your state, county, and school, then enter the graduate's name exactly as you'd like it to appear on the plaque. Add it to your cart and check out securely. It only takes a few minutes.
What name should I enter?
This is the most important step. Please enter the name exactly as you want it printed. We will replicate it precisely as submitted, so we recommend double-checking spelling, spacing, and formatting before placing your order.
Can I include a middle name, initials, or suffix?
Absolutely. Whether it's a full middle name, an initial, or a suffix like Jr. or III. What you enter is exactly what will be printed.
Can I order more than one plaque?
Of course. Many families choose to order multiple plaques. One for home, one for the graduate, and often extras for grandparents or loved ones.
What is a diploma plaque?
It's a beautifully crafted replica of the graduate's diploma, professionally mounted on an 8"x10" plaque designed to display. A lasting way to celebrate this milestone.
Is this the official diploma?
No. Official diplomas are issued separately by the school. This is a high-quality replica made specifically for display and keepsake purposes.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please contact us right away at support@premierplaque.com. We'll always do our best to help, but changes are time-sensitive once production begins.
When will I receive my plaque?
All orders are produced in coordination with the school and are distributed around graduation time by your school, so your plaque arrives right when it matters most.
What if my school isn't listed?
Contact us at support@premierplaque.com and we'll work to add your school to our system as soon as possible.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment is processed securely through Stripe, a trusted leader in online payment processing, so you can order with confidence.
